Will be going to Kuching in a few days. We never been to Kuching. And its just one hour flight from here. I bet its just a small fisherman town, nothing fancy but that’s not the reason for going. We might be caught by surprise with what the city could offer. We don’t know so we will find out.
The idea is, we want to go places we never been before. Try our best to do just that, although sometimes we did end up going to places we have been before numerous time. Like what we did last December, we’ve been to KL for the umpthh time LOL but we still went there!
Another thing I didn’t realize about this city is the mountain resorts. They have two which I hope live up to our expectations. The resorts are by the Santubong mountain, the highest peak of Sarawak. The place looks picturesque so we booked 2 nights to stay there. We’ll just have to find out.
Another thing interesting about this trip is…. we are taking my parents with us. That’s a big deal! We haven’t gone on vacation with them for a long time. I wanted to make this something special. My mom ever mentioned to me, she missed going on holiday with me. It did touched my heart so hubby and I decided to do this.
